This saves you and other clients waiting unnecessarily and reduces the stress for your pet. Obviously in urgent or emergency situations we will always bypass this but a phonecall ahead helps us so we can be ready.

For clients with appointments , it’s worth highlighting that whilst we endeavour to run promptly, emergencies and sometimes routine appointments that are complex can sometimes prevent this – bear with us – if you have other committments please keep us informed and we will do our utmost to help.

To book an appointment, ring one of our team on 0151 334 1355 and they will help you find a time that suits your schedule. If we haven’t seen your animal before, we will need a few extra details first to register you on our system.

If you have been to another veterinary surgery previously, we will request permission to obtain the clinical notes – this helps the Veterinary Surgeon and avoids repeated treatments or investigations unnecessarily.

Surgery/Day Cases

If you would like to book your pet in for a surgical procedure, please ring us on the usual number (0151 334 1355) and we will take you through the booking and what needs to be done to prepare them for surgery. We are always happy to provide estimates and price guides for procedures over the phone, please ask a member of staff and they will help you. Day cases are admitted at 8.30 am – please allow 10-15 minutes for the admit procedure.

Veterinary Advice – all our Nurses are fully qualified – they are happy to give all aspects of Veterinary advice free of charge over the phone – there is no committment to an appointment but they will advise if they feel one is beneficial.
